    Definitely one of the better pizzas in central Illinois. Tried numerous pies all were delicious. A crispy crust with a slightly sweet sauce. The service was very "small town" friendly and accommodating. Have heard about Di Carlo's for years and finally tried it and now clearly understand what all the talk is about. Menu was diverse with traditional Italian dishes but we came for the pizza and left very impressed by it all.

    What an amazing experience! The waitress, I think her name was Theresa, was absolutely wonderful!!! Very attentive to every detail and so patient with our group of 7! We never had to ask for anything...she seemed to anticipate what everyone needed! AND the pizza was super delicious!!!! We will be back! It's worth the hour drive!

    NO WHITE PIZZA!? 🤨 Went there yesterday with family who rave about the place and tried to order a white sauce pizza considering they have Alfredo pasta. (Tomatoes are a nightshade and cause me a plethora of issues.) The server told me no- they don't do that, but they have a ranch pizza?? She gave absolutely no reason why they couldn't make a white sauce pizza with anything but ranch dressing (gross). I couldn't understand the hypocrisy. I filled up on the basic meager salad bar. They didn't sell a third pizza to the table and I didn't have the extra calories. All in all- was not impressed and was annoyed at their inability to be flexible.

    Best pizza! Great quality, super service and wonderful owners! We drive from Springfield to get this pizza.

    Big shout out!! We visit the area occasionally and love their pizza. I’m recently diagnosed with celiac and they were SUPERB!! I got their gluten free pizza (you can get with ingredients of your choice) which was delicious. They also offered a salad made separately. So accommodating!! Thanks!! Wish I could remember our waitress’ name - she was perfect!
